Dallas Car Rentals - OnlineTravelComparison
Dallas is the quintessential Texas city. Home to the massive annual Texas State Fair and the Cotton Bowl, and birthplace of Tex-Mex cuisine, this larger-than-life city welcomes guests with Texas hospitality and plenty of activities for all ages. Public transportation is limited outside of the immediate downtown area so it´s easiest to get around by car.

Downtown Dallas is a bustling modern city full of dining and shopping options and is composed of several unique districts. The Historical District is home to the Sixth Floor Museum. Located on the spot that Lee Harvey Oswald supposedly shot JFK, it examines the life and death of the assassinated president. Visit the Dallas Museum of Art to take in a play or opera performance in the Arts District, and buy farm-fresh produce in the Farmer´s Market District.

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate Dallas´ many parks, which are home to over 17 lakes. The White Rock Lake Reservoir is popular with joggers, boaters, and bikers and makes for a pleasant afternoon away from the city. Over 60 miles of jogging and biking trails also surround the city so you´ll have plenty of opportunities to work off all those calories from the state´s famous Barbeque and margaritas.

Thrill-seekers and families will particularly enjoy a visit to the Dallas area. The Six Flags Over Texas amusement park is located nearby in Arlington.

The most notable event held in Dallas is the State Fair of Texas, which has been held annually at Fair Park since 1886. The fair is a massive event, bringing in an estimated $350 million to the city's economy annually. The Red River Shootout, which pits the University of Texas at Austin against The University of Oklahoma at the Cotton Bowl also brings significant crowds to the city.

The Four Seasons Las Vegas is truly a remarkable place. At first I didn´t think it was possible to escape the sounds of a typical Las Vegas evening, but I was wrong. Don´t get me wrong I like coming to Las Vegas for the gambling, food, and pure people watching entertainment

People keep growing larger and airline seats keep growing smaller. That's the unhappy truth, at least in economy or coach class—where the vast majority of you sit. No wonder so many of us are interested in finding out as much as you can about what limited seat space you have.
