Best Bars in Hotels

A Place to Go at the End of the Day

Hotel bars serve more purpose than just serving of drinks. A hotel bar is a place where guests can socialize any time of the day. It is one place at a hotel where informal meetings and gatherings can be held. It is also one place at a hotel, where at the end of the day, guests can unwind and relax over a good drink.

Making a Best Hotel Bar

What makes a hotel bar one of the best? There are many possible answers to this question including the variety and quality of drinks served, the bar ambience or environment, the people and the service. All in all, a hotel bar can be considered one of the best if it meets one or more of these criteria.

Best Hotel Bar Criteria

One of the criteria that make a best hotel bar is the drinks served. In order for a hotel bar to be memorable, the guest must have a choice of great drinks. A bar who serves a limited or boring choice of drinks does not get points for being a best hotel bar. The hotel bar need not necessarily serve posh and luxurious drinks in order to be great, however.

Another criterion to consider is the ambience or environment the hotel bar is promoting. Bars should be a place where intimacy, relaxation and comfort are provided. The lighting, the paneling of the walls and bar, the chairs, and the use of art should all be considered in making a great hotel bar.

It is said that the people makes a great bar and not the drinks or the paneling used. A hotel bar need not necessarily be full in order to be great, sometimes congestion is not tolerated by some people. A great bar is also a place where people can socialize well and exchange good conversation. The type of people that guests meet at a hotel bar can make a bar experience memorable.

Lastly, the service of a good hotel bar should be unobtrusive, anticipative and never noticed. Waiters and bartenders should seek to the needs of the guests and make their bar stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.

Evolving Hotel Bars

In order to stay ahead in the competition, hotel bars must change with the times or according to the changing preferences of consumers. The best hotel bars strive to make the bar experience a great one for their guests. This means making the guest relax and as comfortable as possible not only during his or her hotel room stay but also with other leisure activities in the hotel, including the hotel bar.

The Four Seasons Las Vegas is truly a remarkable place. At first I didn´t think it was possible to escape the sounds of a typical Las Vegas evening, but I was wrong. Don´t get me wrong I like coming to Las Vegas for the gambling, food, and pure people watching entertainment
