Four Seasons Las Vegas
Posted March 18, 2010 by Grace D
The Four Seasons Las Vegas is truly a remarkable place. At first I didn´t think it was possible to escape the sounds of a typical Las Vegas evening, but I was wrong. Don´t get me wrong I like coming to Las Vegas for the gambling, food, and pure people watching entertainment, but the Four Seasons Las Vegas is an escape of all that in the middle of all that.

Situated atop the top five floors of the Mandalay Bay hotel on the south strip of Las Vegas Blvd, the Four Seasons Las Vegas has a quiet, private entrance. Upon arrival you are immediately met by a group of professionals that know how to treat a guest. From the door man, bellhop, and the entire front desk team, the Four Seasons Las Vegas provides a wonderful experience.

If you haven´t stayed at a Four Seasons hotel in the past, you need to at least once. They get it. The room was nicely decorated and had all of the typical amenities one would expect from a Four Seasons. The workout room and spa were simply blissful. The private entrance into the Four Season´s from the Mandalay Bay lobby area gives you a sense of privacy and exclusivity. You have a few dining options at the Four Seasons. Charlie Palmers was our first choice and it was spectacular. Great service and food. Not only was the restaurant nice, as expected, but they had a nice bar and lounge area of grab a drink. Obviously you have access to all of the great restaurants in the Mandalay Bay, but do consider Charlie Palmers first.

If you have ever been to Las Vegas in the past and have stayed at one of the larger hotels and tried to experience the pool area you probably wouldn´t do it again. It´s typically chaos. Not the Four Seasons Las Vegas. Their pool area is a paradise like experience. Great, padded lounge chairs along with a staff that doesn´t know how to say no. Yes, they do come around and offer popsicles and their glasses concierge does clean your sunglasses. The food at the pool was even more surprising. Not your typical bar (fried) food options. A great tuna sampler and large fruit bowl are two of my favorites.

The next time you are considering Las Vegas and you one to feel like you are staying a quiet tropical resort like atmosphere, consider the Four Seasons Las Vegas. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Wednesday might be St. Patrick's Day, but you don't have to be Irish to be favored by fortune. Whether you smooch them, tickle them or jitterbug around them, good-luck monuments can leave you feeling, well, lucky. People keep growing larger and airline seats keep growing smaller. That's the unhappy truth, at least in economy or coach class—where the vast majority of you sit. No wonder so many of us are interested in finding out as much as you can about what limited seat space you have.
